FOUR (4) PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS OF APPLICANT

RESUME WITH 10 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

LETTER OF GOOD CONDUCT FROM YOUR RELEVANT GOVERNMENT AGENCY

The police authority of the applicant’s home country.
-
Original LOGC issued by Police Department or Security Agencies in China must be translated by Notary Public in China and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China AND Embassy or Consulate of Malaysia in China.

COPY OF CERTIFIED BANK STATEMENT
Upon application:
-
Applicants aged below 50 years are required to show proof of liquid assets worth a minimum of RM500,000 AND proof of offshore income (eg: salary, rental, interest from investment, etc) of at least RM10,000 per month.

Applicants aged 50 and above are required to show proof of liquid assets worth a minimum of RM350,000 AND proof of government pension funds or offshore income (eg: salary, rental, interest from investment, etc) of at least of RM10,000 per month.

At least 3 months certified copies proof of monthly off-shore income.

At least 3 months bank statement/other related financial document to indicate the financial capability to support stay in Malaysia.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING FINANCIAL CRITERIA UPON RECEIPT OF THE ‘APPROVAL LETTER’ FROM MALAYSIA IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT.

FIXED DEPOSIT ACCOUNT (from any bank in Malaysia for a one-year period on an auto renewal basis)
a) AGED BELOW 50 YEARS OLD
-
Open a fixed deposit account of RM300,000.
-
After a period of one year, the participant can withdraw up to RM150,000 for approved expenses relating to house purchase, education for children in Malaysia and medical purposes.
-
Participants must maintain a minimum balance of RM150,000 from second year onwards and throughout stay in Malaysia under this programme.
b) AGED 50 YEARS AND ABOVE
-
Open a fixed deposit account of RM150,000.
-
After a period of one year, the participant can withdraw up to RM50,000 for approved expenses relating to house purchase, education for children and medical purposes.

Participant must maintain a minimum balance of RM100,000 from the second year onwards and throughout stay in Malaysia under this programme.

MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY (from any insurance company in Malaysia).*

MEDICAL REPORT (from any private hospital or registered clinic in Malaysia).*
*Participants and their dependents are required to fulfill the requirement.
